01 Body
Pick Gentle, Standard or Challenging. Bad knee or a rough week? Swap in a mobility option or an act of service. Every option counts.
FORGED is a 90-day Bible plan and devotional for men that takes about ten minutes a day. Each day has three pillars: Body (a practical challenge), Mind (one Scripture passage explained in plain English, with one action for the day) and Spirit (a 3, 5 or 10-minute prayer timer that dims the screen to a single ember).
The 90 days run through four phases: Wake Up, Cut Away, Build and Stand. Keep all three pillars and you set a stone in your Bastion. Hit Day 7, 35 and 90 and you earn armor from Ephesians 6: the Belt of Truth, the Shield of Faith and the Sword of the Spirit.

Pick Gentle, Standard or Challenging. Bad knee or a rough week? Swap in a mobility option or an act of service. Every option counts.
Read one passage three ways: Quick Read, Go Deeper, or the Original Passage. Tap any Bible word for a plain explanation.
Sit with God for 3, 5 or 10 minutes. No button sounds, no scores, nothing buzzing. The screen fades to one ember.

Good fit: men who want a Bible habit with structure, who like a clear daily target, and who would rather read one passage well than skim three chapters. New readers get twelve short Bible Basics sessions first.
Not a fit: if you want a full read-the-Bible-in-a-year plan, a group chat, or audio Bibles, a broader Bible app will suit you better. FORGED is deliberately narrow: one man, ten minutes, one day at a time.
We kept the knight, the stones and the badges because a visible streak helps a lot of men show up on day 23. We also added a setting to hide all of it. If the game layer gets in the way of prayer, switch it off and the plan still works.
About ten minutes: a short practical challenge, one Scripture passage with a plain-English explanation, and 3, 5 or 10 minutes of prayer and silence.
Day 1, Bible Basics, the Bible Words glossary, the What Do You Need? protocols, Sermon Notes and a daily verse are free. Days 2 to 90 and the extra studies are part of FORGED Premium (monthly, annual or one-time lifetime), as the App Store listing explains.
Verses are quoted word for word from the World English Bible and labeled. FORGED's own commentary is always shown separately from Scripture.
Yes. Each body challenge has Gentle, Standard and Challenging levels, plus a mobility alternative or an act of service. FORGED is a devotional routine, not fitness or medical advice.
Nothing you earned is erased. Your stones and armor milestones stay; you simply pick up the next day.
No. Progress, journal and prayer notes stay on your iPhone, with optional Face ID lock and export.
Ten minutes. One passage. One quiet prayer. See if it sticks.
